1. General Terms

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each person may open only one account. bdt12 reserves the right to cancel multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
• Users must operate the account in their own name — not on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential.

3. Account Verification

bdt12 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent fraud and ensure a safe environment. The following documents may be requested as part of verification:

Identity Verification

• A clear copy of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A driving licence or government-issued photo identity card.

Address Verification

• A bank statement or utility bill issued within the last three months.
• Any government document showing the current address.

Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.
• The bonus wagering requirement is 15 times — applicable only on the bonus amount (not on the deposit amount).
• For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus can be used only once and cannot be used across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to claim multiple bonuses from the same family, household, IP address or device may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• bdt12 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• No bonus, cashback, VIP benefit or promotion can be exchanged for cash equivalent.

VIP Program

6. Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when enjoying casino games and sports betting at bdt12:

Casino Games

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be permanently closed:

• Operating an account under another person's identity or using a false identity.
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, claiming bonuses using multiple accounts).
• Hacking, software manipulation or any form of technical cheating.
• Using the platform to conduct money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Collusion or attempting to influence the outcome of a game through coordination among players.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Enabling minors to access the platform.
• Copying, distributing or commercially using the platform's content or data.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Responsible Gaming

• If a user does not agree to the new terms and conditions, they have the right to stop using the platform and request account closure.
